| if you use a flashlight you can see an image of the desktop screen-otherwise the desktop screen is black. You can here it loading & we've even used the flashlight to shut it down or open applications on the laptop. We have been told it could be the inverter or the backlight, but noone can tell us which one and they want us to pay to fix them both. Please help. |

| Laptop turns off without any warning. Appears to be a Power Supply issue as it seems to run fine without the AC adapter plugged in. Do you think its something else?
The 2nd led light from the left (the first light is the Power ON/OFF light) which detects the AC adapter hook up is amber green. All the other lights are green. |
