| I am Neeraj Shah here/ I had got my laptop repaired from you in October 2006. Apparently you had installed a new hard disk into my Laptop.
Now that hard disk is giving me errors. When i start my laptop, i get the message " Primary Hard Disk Not found. Press F1 for reboot. "
I tried restarting several times, still i get the error and windows doesnt load .
The hard disk also makes a loud clinging sound at times.
so basically i would need a new hard disk installed . Can you replace it with any of a lowest price hard disk that you have ? Coz i just got this repaired from you 4 months back.
I have a DELL INSPIRON 1100. Earlier my ticket number was 2719-060927
