| My Dell Laptop is between 4 and 5 years old. After about two years of ownership, the hard drive crashed (I think it was a virus). I had a new hard drive put in, and it has been terrible ever since. The computer will read DVDs, but cannot read software cds or music cds. It is extremely slow; it takes about 20 minutes to start up. It often overheats and it shuts itself off after only 20 minutes. |
